The thighs have it....

I may be the genetic recipient of Kong thighs. Honestly, I have not stepped under the bar (for a work set) since November and felt seriously challenged. I always have one warmup lift that suddenly feels really heavy, but I hit it and go for the next one and its better. The work set is usually better yet. Tuesday my last warmup lift was a single at 427, which felt better than the previous one at 397. My work set, 450 x 2, was a PR and felt, frankly, fairly light. 



Not much to complain about here from my perspective, other than my gut. Definitely receding but at about the same rate as glaciers. No real strain on the legs either, one and two days on. Last week's rest did me a bunch of good.
